Purposes and legal bases
Data you send us is used solely to answer your request (legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures). Statistics are used to improve the site (legitimate interest), in an anonymised way.
Retention
Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them, then archived or deleted in line with our obligations.
